A $200.00 deposit is required in order to be added to my waiting list. Please only send in an application if you are prepared to place your deposit. Deposits are required to be placed within 24 hours of application approval.
After your application is approved and deposit is accepted. I will honor your deposit at the soonest time possible. I hope this short application continues to ensure the success of puppy placements. All puppies are cute. However, when you are talking about a 15 year commitment, cute is definitely not the only thing that matters. Puppies have very unique and individual personalities from an early age. Telling me a little bit about who you are and the type of puppy you are looking for is a great idea! I can't wait to help you pick out a puppy that will not only be cute but will be a great fit for your life. They will be your best friend, pet and family member for years to come. There are no right or wrong answers. Just try to answer as accurately as possible so that I can have the best information available. Of course these puppies are very dear to my heart. I offer life time breeder support so it is also very important that you and I are a good fit. I withhold the right to, at any time, refuse placement of a puppy to any home or situation I feel may be unsuitable. Depending on circumstances your deposit may be refunded. After I review your application I will follow up with a phone call or email. At that time you will be approved and deposit information will be handled.
After approval deposits are accepted via PayPal (($10.00 additional fee)), Wal-Mart or by mail using a U.S. Postal money order. Any deposit mailed in must be certified mail only, with a tracking number. That is for both your protection and mine. A copy of this application will need to be mailed in along with your deposit. If you have any questions feel free to call me any time at 1-270-801-3525. I am also able to receive texts. Please understand that I am a very busy. Sometimes it may take me a little while to get back to you but rest assured while you are waiting I am pouring 100% of myself into my family and pets.
Deposits may only be refunded if an issue should arise on my end. Such as, I refuse sale, your puppy had a problem at their vet check or an unforeseen circumstance should arise on my end. Background check fees and paypal fees will not be refunded in any case. Deposits may be transferred to a later litter but not refunded.

Hearing Results
Each puppy has been BAER hearing tested with a veterinary neurologist and examined. Their hearing results will be listed in their description above their picture.
What comes with the puppy
Each puppy will go home with a new puppy starter package that includes:
AKC registration paperwork, BAER hearing results, new puppy folder, training guide, medical record booklet, written 1 year genetic health guarantee, 1 month free pet insurance, leash, collar, their favorite toy and a blanket that smells like home.
Each puppy has received their first two puppy vaccinations, treated with K9 Advantix and has been dewormed on a biweekly prevention schedule.
Training
We always begin house training and basic commands here while we are playing and interacting with the puppies.
